This gentle yoga class offers a mindful, non-performative approach to movement and rest, grounded in the belief that the body is a wise teacher when we pause and listen. This class is perfect for anyone in midlife and beyond — or anyone seeking a slower, more sustainable way to move.
Through slow, steady movement, breath awareness, intentional pauses, and supported relaxation, you’ll be invited to tune in and respond to your body’s signals, practicing with curiosity rather than force.
