Move Like You Studio (432 Sunnyside Ave. in Old Ottawa South)

MOVE | REST is a perfect way to end the week. It’s a gentle blend of mindful movement and yin. We begin with slow, intentional movement and end in stillness. This class is about balance. Moving just enough to feel, resting enough to release. Perfect to transition into your weekend. It is beginner-friendly and accessible.

Bring a mat and water. Bolsters, blocks and straps are provided.

This gentle yoga class is designed especially for anyone seeking a mindful, non-performative approach to movement and rest. Through slow, gentle movement, breath awareness, intentional pauses, and restful poses, you'll cultivate a practice that encourages you tune in to your body's wisdom. It offers a grounding, gentle space perfect for those in midlife and beyond, or anyone wanting a slower, wiser way to practice.

The South Keys Greenboro Community Association is once again sponsoring yoga at Pushman Park almost every other Sunday, starting Sunday, June 7th!
