Yoga Equipment

  • favourite props (blocks, bolster, etc.) There will be some bolsters, blocks, blankets and straps available for use by retreat guests.

  • 2 throw blankets (for savasana, restorative yoga, yin yoga & outdoor campfire)

Miscellaneous

  • toiletries (e.g. shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap — no shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided)

  • medication, including Epi-pen if you have allergies to wasps (they were still active in early October)

  • hair dryer or other styling appliances

  • beach towel (sauna use & polar plunge)

  • thermal mug

  • reusable water bottle

  • snacks for your cottage (e.g. chips, granola bars) ** see note below

  • favourite alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverage(s), including wine for dinners if desired

  • hiking poles if you’re interested in a scramble around the peninsula. There are a few sets available on-site.

Notes

  • ALL linens are provided (bedding; bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, dish cloths, tea towels).

  • If needed, there are laundry facilities in each cottage, including detergent and dryer sheets.

  • **We will be well-nourished during the retreat. We eat all meals together in the dining cottage. Snacks are provided twice a day and they can be brought back to your cottage. If you’d like additional munchies for your cottage, please bring them along!
